Provide annual inspection of the potable water storage tanks and removal of silt based on the last inspection report. Properly sanitize and disinfect any and all equipment that will be entering any city owned or operated potable water storage tank. All sanitization and disinfection shall comply with awwa standards. Provide the city with a video of all tank inspections as well as a written report with pictures documenting any observed issues and an estimate of accumulated silt in the storage tanks. Remove silt as required based on prior years inspection report and include before/after pictures in their inspection report documenting removal. See outside link.

Work under this project includes the installation of a potable water concrete storage tank including all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals related to a complete tank installation project including all sitework required in support of the tank including clearing, ledge removal, grading, waterline piping, wedge valves, sitework, pavement, demolition work, fencing, roadway improvements, geotextiles, trench insulation, earthwork, structural fill, drain piping, fittings, vault, valves, expansion joints, erosion control, precast concrete valve vault, chemical feed system and analyzers, circulation pump, catch basin, drainage, concrete, generator pad and propane generator, electrical, tank mixer, instrumentation, accessories, and incidentals required for a complete working replacement potable water storage tank system.
