Trees and Nursery Stock UTC

The City of Columbus (Recreation & Parks/Conservation) issued an IFB to establish a Universal Term Contract (UTC) for the purchase and delivery of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and other nursery stock to be used citywide. The contract term will run from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029, and bidders must quote discounts off their price lists/catalogs, demonstrate relevant experience, and provide references from at least four similar customers. Deliveries will be to the Columbus Recreation and Parks Municipal Nursery (6993 S. High Street, Lockbourne, OH) and bidders must hold required contract compliance certifications; HigherGov notes that full submission procedures are on the City of Columbus Vendor Services site.
