The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2026, and shall continue through December 31, 2032, which includes a three-month transition (October, November and December). All direct services must begin January 1, 2027. By mutual agreement of DCF and the Contractor, the contract may be renewed up to 2 additional 1-year periods and shall be subject to satisfactory performance and continued availability of funds.
