Provide construction of a new road maintenance garage includes installing the structural footings, foundation and masonry walls, concrete slabs, supplying and erecting the preengineer building frame and structure including the mezzanine floor over a portion of structure, completing the building envelope including insulations, exterior and interior skin, roofing systems, exterior man doors and garage doors, windows, stairs, miscellaneous metals, interior buildout including interior partitions, floor finishes, wall finishes and ceiling finishes, casework, millwork, building specialty items and accessories.
