Technical Assistance for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

The State of Wyoming is soliciting proposals to provide technical assistance and training to support Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH), focused on individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders transitioning from institutional settings. The scope includes developing one comprehensive training document, delivering one live virtual training, and producing one recorded training along with supporting training materials and a project work plan. The proposer must demonstrate expertise in state and federal rules/regulations, experience with similar services, provide a single point of contact, and submit a budget reflecting the proposed scope.
