Clean and process the data into research-quality information to be used in nationwide research studies that improve the design, construction, rehabilitation, and management of highway infrastructure assets. Data lifecycle management: manage the entire lifecycle from the point of data intake including validation, integration, storage, distribution and archiving for all existing information management systems consisting of highly technical databases, data warehouses, metadata, etc. See attached file.
