Parking garage special inspections. The owner will employ a testing laboratory to perform the following tests and to submit test reports to the architect. Prior to the start of construction, the approved agencies shall provide written documentation to the building official demonstrating the competence and relevant experience or training of the parking garage special inspectors who will perform the parking garage special inspections and test during construction. The testing laboratory shall keep records of all inspections and shall furnish inspection reports to the code official and the architect of record.
