South Fork McCorkle Creek Detention Structure Phase 2 Modifications

Sealed-bid heavy civil construction to raise an existing earthen detention structure ~15 feet and build related works: ~200 ft x 75 ft reinforced concrete spillway, a 12'×10' by 40' reinforced concrete slide gate structure, reinforced concrete low-flow inlet and flow-control outlet structures, 305 lf of 48-inch ductile iron pipe, ~1,500 lf gravel access road, 125 lf of 12-inch HDPE, abandonment of 160 lf of existing 36-inch storm pipe, chimney drains, erosion/water pollution control, site restoration and all related work. Contract completion required within 400 working days. Bids must be sealed paper submissions (no electronic bids), accompanied by a 5% bid deposit (cash/certified check/cashier's check or surety bond). A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting is required and bidders must obtain any addenda from the county website.
