Snow Plowing for Anchorage Public H Ealth Laboratory (RFP)

State of Alaska ITB seeking a contractor to provide seasonal snow plowing, snow removal, sidewalk/parking lot sanding (no salt), and post-season sand cleanup at the Anchorage Public Health Laboratory (call-out basis). Fixed-price annual contract with estimated budget $40,000–$60,000, service triggered at 2" (4–6" during continuous storms), new snow cleared within two hours after cessation, work conducted evenings to be completed by 8:00 AM, contractor must supply all equipment and carry required insurance; contract approx. one year with two one-year renewal options.
