Security Vestibule Projects at Central Middle School and Airport Elementary (CSP# 26-11-16 REBID)

Weslaco ISD seeks competitive sealed proposals for general-contractor construction of security vestibules at Airport Elementary and Central Middle School per provided architect drawings/specifications. Submissions must be electronic via IONWAVE/EUNA and include total project cost (including permits/insurance/bonds/debris), Schedule of Unit Prices, bid bond or cashier's check equal to 5% of the total project cost (original mailed post-award), current insurance certificate, project timeline, contractor personnel and subcontractor lists, OSHA Form 300A for the last three years, warranty information, and required state/contract forms. Pre-bid site visit and virtual public bid opening are provided; award to the most responsible offeror providing best value.
