Residential Electrical Upgrade, Water Heater Removal and Replacement, and Crawl Space Weatherization - Grand Rapids

Work includes electrical upgrade, water heater removal and replacement, and crawl space weatherization; install a 40 gallon, glass lined, minimum. 67 energy factor (ef), power vented, insulated to minimum r-16, gas fired water heater with a 6 year warranty. Include pressure and temperature relief valve, discharge tube to within 6" of floor, condensate pump, owners manual and all duct work to power vent to exterior. Provide separate electrical circuit and new gas piping from shut-off valve to fixture; de-energize outdated hazardous electrical wiring and components to bring wiring to current electrical code. Hazardous wiring may, but is not limited to, knob-and-tube and aluminum wiring. Disconnected knobs may remain installed. Removed items and materials to be properly disposed or recycled.
