To engage the services of a consulting engineering firm to provide inspection services for the following transportation project: state project no. 077-245 downtown loop closure project, federal aid project no. Peds (228). The project will include the construction of approx. 2,800 LF of bituminous concrete multiuse trail. This trail will travel 1,100 LF along south eagleville road (route 275) between maple road and separatist road and 1,700 LF along hunting lodge road between separatist road and north eagleville road. An approx. 650 LF section may require installation of a permanent soil nail wall and an additional 250 feet is to be constructed within the flood plain of the eagleville brook.
