Renovations To 104 Main Street (RFP)

The work will consist of but is not limited to: Demolition of existing walls, wood storefront, wood stair, wood exterior doors, metal windows, plumbing fixtures and associated piping, remaining HVAC equipment and removal of existing plaster finish on masonry walls. Renovation work will include new wood stud walls, new wood stair, new wood storefront, new finishes including gypsum board, ACT ceilings, carpet tiles, LVT, refinished existing wood flooring, wood trim, and paint, new aluminum storefront windows, new wood doors and hardware, new cabinetry, new plumbing fixtures and associated piping, new HVAC systems and associated ductwork and new electrical systems including service, power, lighting and associated wiring. Renovations will also include the re-pointing of existing brick masonry walls. The existing building is two stories (basement level and first floor level) with each level being approx 2,200 SF.
