Support on the current electronic transfer of MVARs from county police departments and also the transition, as needed, to new Records Management Systems (RMS). Also transferring of future MVARs using a different version of the MVAR form, as needed. Crash data quality assurance to include test cases and scenarios to validate data mapping. Loading various datasets; enhancing analysis and reporting by adding integrated reports and feature-based analysis; and adding diagrams. Working with the different police departments and the TRCC to address Federal and State requirements, traffic records assessments, and recommendations that involve traffic safety. Attendance to in-person meetings with the different police departments on different islands may be requested, as needed. Attendance to virtual bi-monthly TRCC meetings may be requested, as needed. Providing technical and project management support for the client-side aspects of the project.
