Public Works/Utilities Admin Building Project

Install a prefabricated metal building system measuring 60 feet by 120 feet, following erection of the primary 60' x 120' building, the project will include the construction of various administrative spaces (such as offices, meeting rooms, and support areas), including the installation of lighting, HVAC, windows, and interior finishes. Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Design & engineering: - provide stamped structural drawings and calculations by a licensed professional engineer. - ensure compliance with all local codes, category 5 hurricane wind speeds, snow load, and seismic requirements. - provide architectural and MED (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design for interior administrative spaces within the building.
