Planning Board Attorney (Requests for Qualifications)

Provision of planning board attorney, to represent the township planning board at all board hearings, prepare resolutions and correspondence, respond to inquiries and communications between board members and staff professionals, conduct a seminar for board members on land use issues and procedures, attend meetings of the planning board and meetings with planning staff, developers and/or professionals as needed, and such other matters as may be directed. The qualified respondent shall also represent the township planning board in all litigation matters related to or arising out of applications for development and other matters as may be directed by the planning board.
