Park Improvements - Phase 2

Phase 2 includes site preparation, drainage under the pour in place, adding 270 linear feet of 8 x 8 concrete ring wall, 3600 square feet, 4-inch, 2500 psi concrete pad and adding 3600 square feet of surface america (playbound)�, flexground� or roberts recreations surfaces� brand pour in place. Pour in place may be of any color of the contractor s choice with lower cost colors being preferred. The pour in place surface should meet astm standards for specific playground surfacing � pouredin-place: astm 2479. Less than 2% grading will be required for the pour in place surfacing.
