Evaluate the building's surfaces for any damage to repair. Define scope, color schemes, paint types, and timelines. Assume two or three colors. Clean surfaces to remove dirt, mildew, and grease. Scrape off loose paint and sand surfaces for smoothness. Repair cracks, holes, or damaged areas with appropriate fillers. Apply primer to ensure paint adhesion and color consistency.
