The owner is seeking a complete end-to-end and fully functional data infrastructure for our science building on our main campus. Network switches, phone systems, wireless access points, and end point devices are not to be considered as part of the data infrastructure. All hardware, racks, patch panels, patch cords, and supplies are to be provided, installed, and tested, to be made fully operational. Test results must be supplied for each building individually before final inspection of completion.

The main objective of this contract is to deliver highly specialized engineering services, including expertise in pavement, bridge, and other highway infrastructure engineering as well as data management, data analytics, and web application development. The contractor shall furnish the necessary qualified personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, and supplies not otherwise provided by the government, to perform activities set in the following task areas: data quality control: perform quality control and quality assurance of highway infrastructure research data collected in the field and produced in engineering laboratories. Clean and process the data into research-quality information to be used in nationwide research studies that improve the design, construction, rehabilitation, and management of highway infrastructure assets. Data lifecycle management: manage the entire lifecycle from the point of data intake including validation, integration, storage, distribution and archiving for all existing information management systems consisting of highly technical databases, data warehouses, metadata, etc. See attached file.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC)

Sub-sea cable, data conductor, power conductor, and drain wire. depth rating: all components shall have depth rating of 6000 meters or greater. Manufactured integrated, cable segments shall contain the following: QTY 10, Cables; QTY 8, CAT 6 data conductor; QTY 4, 18AWG power conductors; QTY 1 drain wire; An integrated strength member, which when over molded, can support a 350 kg working load and 1000kg minimum break strength; An over mold which is no larger than 5" tall, 4.3" wide at the top, and 2.2 inches at the bottom (trapezoidal shape) on each end of the cable; A threaded connection in the end of the over mold for attachment; A 13 pin male pigtail broken out from one end of the mold over and a 13 pin female connector broken out from the opposite over mold.
