New Plaza and Pocket Park

Work include consists of the construction of a new plaza and pocket park with a concrete presentation stage along main street in mt jewett borough. The new concrete plaza space will be at sidewalk level, supported by concrete retaining walls on three sides, and abutted by concrete stairs which lead to the lower park space. The lower space includes three terraced seating sections bordered by concrete curbd. A three-sided wooden stage structure, concrete stage with foundation and a temporary presentation platform are included. The site also contains ada side walk, one handicap parking space, electrical conduit for future electrical installation, new tree plantings, planters and site drainage component.
