The University of South Carolina issued a solicitation for the Neurological Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (NHRC), a new ~275,000 GSF hospital and rehabilitation facility to be built on USC’s Health Sciences Campus in the BullStreet District, Columbia, SC. The project is delivery via a Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R) and includes pre-construction and construction services (estimating, GMP packages, schedule and constructability reviews, value engineering, phased delivery, early bid packages, and prequalification of trade subcontractors). The total project budget is capped at $350 million and bidders must meet SC licensing, insurance and bonding capacity requirements.
