Natural Resources Landscape Maintenance

Provide landscape maintenance of parks, trails, and city-owned property located throughout the city. All mowed areas shall be free of clumped and windrows of grass cuttings. All major turf areas will be mowed with commercial walk-behind and riding mowers. In areas where heaver equipment could potentially damage the turf, line trimmers will be operated. Turf shall be cut in a professional manner so as not to scalp turf or leave areas of uncut grass. Care shall be taken to prevent discharge onto any paved surfaces such as streets, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, parking areas, apparatus aprons, or any adjoining property. See outside link.
