Provide merchant payment processing services. Services include, but are not limited to, training, support, reporting, and electronic authorization and secure data capture of major credit card brands ("credit cards"), which include, but are not limited to, visa, mastercard, american express, and discover.

Provide comprehensive banking & cash management services & rfi for merchant card processing; be "well capitalized" as defined by the federal deposit insurance corporation (fdic); establish demand deposit accounts to meet the banking requirements of the city and maintain accurate records of activity in those accounts,; offer zba services; offer commercial, analyzed, ecr, interest bearing and hybrid accounts; comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding the provision of the proposed services, and provide a primary relationship contact and dedicated customer support. Provide payment processing services, including payment cards, mobile wallet, and ACH payments received for the FasTrak® Regional Customer Service Center.
