Deployment fee - to provide onsite guidance and support for the installation and commissioning by ladwp personnel on three on-line dissolved gas analyzers (ge dga 900 plus units) at valley generating station, units 5, 6 and 7 main bank transformers. commissioning schedule: two (2) dissolved gas analyzers will be commissioned consecutively, the third dissolved gas analyzer shall be commissioned at a later date to be determined by the contract admistrator. Commissioning hours: 8 hour workdays between the hours of 7:00a. M. - 5:00p. M. Hours for commissioning shall be determined by the contract administrator after the award has been made.
