Low Impact Development Contracting Services (RFP)

Providing LID construction services for the Smart Growth for Source Water Protection grant project. Work will generally consist of contracting services for the implementation of a demonstration low impact development (LID) project located within the Beaver Lake watershed. The project goal is to reduce Nonpoint Source (NPS) sediment and nutrient loads and improve water quality through the implementation of this demonstration LID project as a water quality Best Management Practice (BMP). The purpose of this request is to select a contractor that is best qualified to assist the BWA with the construction of the completed design prepared by Hodges Engineering, following the construction plans and specifications for the project.
