Seeking a Qualified Organization having a Long Beach service area and/or satellite office to provide Youth Diversion Services to engage individuals arrested for, charged with, or convicted of an offense and in need of mental health and/or substance use treatment services.

Collect data and information from community providers (respondents) regarding their capability to meet the requirements of a residential program and ability to deliver residential programming for incarcerated persons (hereafter known as participants) serving the remainder of their sentence in a community program. The fcrps are designed to support eligible female participants in their successful reintegration into the community.
