Seeking a Qualified Organization having a Long Beach service area and/or satellite office to provide Youth Diversion Services to engage individuals arrested for, charged with, or convicted of an offense and in need of mental health and/or substance use treatment services.

Provide Female Gender Specific Services to engage individuals who identify as female and have been arrested for, charged with, or convicted of a criminal offense and in need of mental health and/or substance use treatment services.

Pennsylvania Department of Corrections

Provide reentry services.
