Collect data and information from community providers (respondents) regarding their capability to meet the requirements of a residential program and ability to deliver residential programming for incarcerated persons (hereafter known as participants) serving the remainder of their sentence in a community program. The fcrps are designed to support eligible female participants in their successful reintegration into the community.
