University of Central Missouri seeks a vendor to provide Cloud Computing Strategy Services to design a multi-cloud (OCI, Azure, GCP) architecture with emphasis on disaster recovery, backups, security (NIST-compliant), IAM, migration of on‑prem systems, and a proof-of-concept/pilot plan and detailed project roadmap. Mandatory minimums: 5+ years delivering cloud strategy services to higher education, named project manager, multi-cloud and disaster-recovery expertise. Deliverables: infrastructure review, standards/diagrams/procedures, subscription/resource group/networking design, cost/subscription recommendations, business continuity/DR design, security/NIST implementation guidance, POC/pilot timeline, and detailed project plan. Submission requirements important to decision: written proposal as one PDF (≤50 single-sided pages) plus a separate cost proposal PDF, submitted via UCM Ebid; Technical Competence is the highest-weighted evaluation category (400 pts) and Cost is separately scored (250 pts).
