The work consists of clearing and grubbing; pump station and associated construction, drainage structure construction, floodwall construction (including braced floodwall and floodwall construction adjacent to and underneath an elevated highway); stop log construction, wingwall construction, placement of steel sheet piling, h-piling, pipe piles, precast/prestressed concrete piles, geotextile, geogrid, grouted riprap; installation of metal ladders, stairs, cat walk, and railings; installation of vertical wick drains and horizontal strip drains; stone and bedding construction; slide gates and hoist; precast concrete bridge, steel vehicular swing type flood gate, navigation gate and drawbridge; excavation and embankment placement; miscellaneous metal work, painting, turf establishment; chain link fencing, surfacing, structural excavation and backfill; electrical work; pluming; installation cybersecurity for control systems; construction of temporary retaining structures and dewatering, and other related incidental work.
