AvailableThe contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean carpeting in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), to include: Vacuuming: Vacuum areas to be cleaned prior to spot cleaning or carpet cleaning. Vacuums must include High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration. Spot Cleaning: Spot clean / treat areas as required prior to carpet cleaning. Select stain removal products that match the specific type of stain. Always test the product on an inconspicuous area of the carpet first to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration. See attached file.
