Mesa Gateway Airport Authority solicits a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services (Phase 1) for realignment/reconstruction of Taxiway G (including bypass Taxiway B1 and Taxiway G1) under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Mandatory qualifications/requirements include an Arizona Class A General Engineering license (or equivalent), ability to provide bonds and required insurance, airport airfield/PCCP runway–taxiway construction experience, familiarity with FAA advisory circulars and AIP procurement rules, ability for staff to pass security background checks, and compliance with DBE/49 CFR Part 26 obligations; submittals are qualifications-only (SOQ), require six hard copies + one electronic copy, a 35-page limit, and must not include pricing.
