Construct one approx. 40' x 80' CMU building to house three vertical turbine pumps and motors, as well as associated electrical and mechanical to support the function of the well station. Most site piping and landscaping were done in Phase 1.

The project includes construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, AC paving, and other appurtenant work.
