Proposed programs and/or services may also include any project identified in an HHC-approved DHHL Regional Plan. For more information on DHHL Regional Plans, visit: Department of Hawaiian Home Lands | Regional Plans. Programs/services must benefit homestead lessees to execute their community visions. Partnerships and teams of DHHL beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, including individuals and organizations, are encouraged to apply.
