Provide structural enhancements for HVAC RTU support. Replace all roof drains and splash pads, parapet walls, and roof access stairway; update and improve associated, general building electrical systems and services including replacing the existing electrical room door and adding an additional egress door from the electrical room. Lighting and ceiling fan replacements in poultry holding rooms where hvac system replacements are occurring only all other rooms will retain existing lighting and fans. See outside link.
