AvailableTask 1 Advisory Support. The contractor shall provide advisory support to implement and enhance the learning experience for the learners and best practices for achieving goals and objectives to maintain five (5) percent of the Department of the Air Force population in accordance DoDI 5010.43. Task 2 E-Learning platform. The contractor will provide a commercially branded course portal for the web-based classes and will train the course administrator in how to use it. The e-learning platform will be capable of handling at a minimum 750 simultaneous Department of the Air Force users in a course from any location. The e-learning platform shall track progress, module completions, progress check results, quiz results, course exam results, course completions, issue continuing education or learning point credits, and issue course completion certificates to students. The system should be capable of managing e-course licenses, adding localized elements to the courses for local military “fit”, adding or modifying tests, provide feedback surveys, tracking student performance, obtaining reports (e.g., by student, module, class, test question, and so forth), providing agency-specific tailoring to course content or developing internal courses.
