Diagnosis and Repair of PKS 80K 4-Post Lift (RFQ)

To provide diagnosis and repair of one (1) PKS 80k 4-post lift for intermittent fault causing lift to stop functioning. Preliminary diagnosis determined that an updated control console with new screen readout is required. The required services will include the diagnosis, repair, and all related parts as required to fully repair the following equipment: PKS 80K 4-Post Lift; Model Number PK80E-4-30; Serial Number 22745; Capacity 80,000 lbs. The Equipment repair to be completed includes but is not limited to: Preliminary diagnosis/evaluation to determine cause of concern. Replacement of updated control console with new screen readout if determined to be the cause of the concern. Replacement of any additional parts identified. Perform any procedures, adjustments and/or calibrations required to ensure a fully functional lift. Verification of normal operation after repairs.
