Developer of Ellensburg Fieldhouse (Request for Qualifications)

Finance, design and construct a new, recreational facility. The Facility would be approx 60,000 SF in size and consist of a hard surface area that could accommodate up to five basketball courts, a synthetic turf area, offices, and multi-purpose recreation rooms operated by the City.
