Crowdsourced Data Program Solution - (RFQ)

The FirstNet Authority’s requirements are organized by the following guiding principles. These principles are essential to the overall success of the effort and are considered key aspects of the requirement: User Privacy and Security: Collection of user data must comply with all applicable privacy laws, regulations, and directives, as well as the policies currently in effect, as well as any future ones that may come into effect during the term of use under which the data is collected. The users must knowingly give consent to the collection and use of data. In addition, users from whom data is collected must have the right to opt-in, partially 1 opt-in, or opt-out of sharing their data. The Contractor shall anonymize all data before the FirstNet Authority obtains access and ensure the privacy and security of any and all user data. The Contractor shall further ensure that the FirstNet Authority is not provided, or have access to, any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), as defined in FAR 52.224-3 Privacy Training, of any kind, including but not limited to device telephone number and digital identity.
