Lemoore Union Elementary School District

Construction of the new classroom building consisting of a single-story wood frame, slab on grade classroom building, a new shade structure, and related site development.

New York Dormitory Authority

Provide professional construction management services during the construction phases of the project for the psychiatric center building 39 rehabilitation. The first two phases of the project have been recently completed. The remaining four (4) phases consist of renovating the four (4) patient wings of the building. Each phase will include abatement of hazardous materials, the replacement of approximately 350 windows, installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and roofing systems. Program spaces within the scope of renovation include patient/resident services, bedrooms, common spaces, dining facilities and staff spaces.
