Construct 241st Security Measures

Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the construction of upgrades, repairs, and new construction to enhance base infrastructure and various facilities, to include all services for installing new iron picket perimeter security fence with masonry posts, removal and repair of parts of existing chain link fence; filling holes with compacted soil in demolished sections of existing fence. Demolishing existing gate operator, concrete island, access control, etc; saw cutting pavement and patching as required. Installation and/or modification to conduit for power and communications wiring. Contractor to install fence and all associated security components.

The Tennessee National Guard (Department of the Army) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide construction services to enhance base infrastructure, including installing a new iron picket perimeter security fence with masonry posts, removing/repairing sections of existing chain link fence, demolishing gate operator and access control components, pavement saw cutting and patching, and installing/modifying conduit for power and communications at the specified base location. The contract will have a 365-calendar-day performance period, is set aside 100% for Small Businesses (NAICS 236220; $45M size standard), and the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation and associated documents will be available on SAM.gov (Contract Opportunities); tentative issuance and conference/site-visit dates are provided in the presolicitation and interested offerors must be registered in SAM to view/download documents.

San Mateo County (San Mateo Medical Center) is soliciting proposals for a Core Measures Vendor to provide a web-based system that collects, abstracts, analyzes, and reports inpatient and outpatient core measures (including eCQM and ORYX measures) and can export data to The Joint Commission and CMS. The vendor must provide compatibility with Epic EMR, training and support, sample-based data abstraction, real-time/trended reporting, graphical exports, and quality audit capabilities. The procurement is a three-year services contract and includes several attachments (Sample Service Agreement, HIPAA Attachment, Living Wage, etc.) available on the County OpenGov procurement portal.

Provide core measures vendor. The selection consultant group will have a web based system for core measures and ORYX performance measures for data collection, capability to abstract inpatient and outpatient data, record sampling, data analysis, transfer of data into graphical presentations, trended real time reporting, export of accurate and timely data files, quality audits, ability to review data by patient and provider, and ability to export data and electronic files to the joint commission and the CMS.
