Raise the existing earthen detention structure approx. 15' and construct approx. 200' long by 75' wide reinforced concrete spillway, a 12' x 10' by 40' tall reinforced concrete slide gate structure, reinforced concrete low flow inlet structure, reinforced concrete flow control outlet structures, 305 LF 48" DI pipe, approx. 1,500 LF gravel access road, 125 LF 12" HDPE pipe, plug and abandon 160 LF existing 36" storm pipe, chimney drains, staff gauge, erosion and water pollution control, and site restoration.

Provide lac qui parle emergency spillway repair phase 2. The construction project requires, but is not limited to, replacement of the existing grouted riprap with a reinforced concrete spillway slab with upstream and downstream keys and sheet pile cutoff wall, removal and replacement of asphalt surfacing, traffic control, and a temporary flood protection system.
