8th and Walnut "Plaza" Parking Structure Repair (RFP)

City of Huntington

Work includes upgrade and repair both (2) elevators at the municipal parking garage.

Niles Community School District

Work include replacement of existing asphalt paving & subbase, existing small section of underground stormwater piping, existing concrete sidewalks & curbs, existing chain link fencing, existing ada parking signage, and existing parking lot light poles. Removal of existing parking lot concrete islands and buried fence posts. New concrete entry plaza for the gateway entrance with stamped concrete school logo, new painted steel gateway structure with concrete foundation piers, lighting, power & signage, new decorative aluminum fencing and entry gates, new black vinyl coated chain link fencing & gates, new light poles along the sidewalk east of the parking lot, new parking layout to maximize number of spots, and new parking lot striping for pedestrian traffic.

Work includes 182,000 GSF, 4-story, 570-space cast-in-place concrete parking structure. See outside link.
