City of Denton
Provide cell 6 construction project. The major work will consist of the (approx.) following: landfill cell 6 12 excavation, geosynthetic liner construction, 1590 separation liner construction, leachate 13 sump installation and connections, gas well conversion and installation.
Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA)
Work include construction of cell 6 includes the installation of a composite liner system, leachate collection and transmission system, stormwater management system, and landfill gas collection system. Additional construction of a 1-million gallon leachate storage tank and upgrades to the existing landfill gas flare and blowers.
New Hanover County
Work consist of construction of landfill cells 12b & 13 and the relining of the county's leachate lagoon, site preparation, grading, placement of the liner system, placement of the soil cover systems, associated hauling and perimeter roads, stormwater management systems, leachate collection piping, sump and pumps, electrical and control panels, and rain tarp (bid alternate) with county coordination.
