Work consist of rehabilitation of the 1-million-gallon elevated water storage tank including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be abrasive blasted and repainted. Also included is site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. Demolition of the existing: 24" water service piping from the tank base to the connection at the tee to the pumping station, 8" overflow piping.

Work includes 234 SY remove and replace a 6" reinforced concrete and #57 stone sub-base floor from the interior of the tank tower, 42 SY remove and replace 4" thick concrete sidewalk/ mow strip on exterior tank base, 1145 LF install 6' 9 gauge by 2" galvanized industrial mesh chain link fence with 3 strand barb wire top and pedestrian gate.
