The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of tOffice of Bridges and Structures and the tactical needs of the bridge and tunnel program areas: Steel Bridges; Concrete Bridges; Load Rating of Bridges and Tunnel Structures; Seismic and Multi-Hazard Resilience; Bridge and Tunnel Security; Bridge and Tunnel Safety Technology; Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composite Technology.
