Arbitrage Rebate Services: Initial Consultation & Data Collection: Collaborate with owner to understand the nature of each bond issue and gather all required documentation and investment data. Arbitrage Calculations & IRS Reporting: Perform all standard duties related to arbitrage rebate calculations and prepare necessary reports for submission to the Internal Revenue Service. Review of Elections & Spending Exceptions; Analyze documentation to determine eligibility for elections and applicable spending exceptions. Rebate Liability Calculations: Calculate and report rebate liability for both installment and final calculation dates.
