Anchor Bay School District – Energy Savings Performance Contract Lighting Improvements (RFQ)

The University of Connecticut is soliciting a consultant to provide project management oversight services for the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) Phase 2, including project management, administration, quality assurance, owner representation, document control and coordination with contractors. The work covers the Storrs campus and other UConn properties and contemplates energy conservation measures such as steam/condensate line replacement, solar canopies, and building envelope evaluation; the proposed construction budget is approximately $30,000,000 with a program duration of two years. Selection will follow a two-part quality-based selection process (shortlist then proposal/cost phase); the solicitation encourages participation by small and minority businesses.
