Small piece folding machine: furnish and install one (1) small piece folding machine return to feed, color touch screen-controlled that shall be located near the folding table to be used in tandem. Small piece folding machine shall include a digital counter and shall return to feed. The new small piece folding machine shall be relocated within the existing area of the old machines. 1. Small Piece Folding Machine shall be color touch screen controlled with trouble-shooting circuitry. Unit shall have a digital display for face width in inches and running count in stack, stacks eject setting, and total number of pieces. 2. Small Piece Folding Machine shall be capable of being programmed for all different items and folds used by the Textile Care Processing Facility. 3. Small Piece Folding Machine shall be capable of being programmed by keypad for air assisted French fold items, cross folds in half folds, quarter folds and one third folds, knife, or air pinch – roll cross folds.
