Installation and construction of a park.

Work includes new park shelter containing approximately 2,920 SF of restrooms, event space and storage and 1,790 SF of covered porch space, cast in place concrete, cmu walls, wood timber framing, pre-engineered roof trusses, wood i joists, translucent panels standing seam metal roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead garage doors, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
